Lights

For our family night a couple of weeks ago we went to the Botanical Gardens in Boise to see the lights. It was freezing but we loved being able to see the lights and think of the Light of the World, Jesus Christ, whose birth we celebrate this month!

Funny Kids

Brynlee doesn't want to get in trouble for getting in Nash's bed and waking him up so she just pretends to be asleep and then she says, "Mom, Nash waked me up!"

Somebody needs to put this poor boy to bed earlier! I guess all of the holiday excitement just wears him out!

My little helper just doing her chores, I guess she thought she would surprise me by washing the dishes with her shirt. She had a good time putting the bubbles on her chin and saying "ho ho ho I'm Santa!"

Little Buddies

Brynlee thought it would be a good idea to wear' "dad's huntin' stuff" so that she and Nash can be hunters too...Brady has been training them early!

Brynlee is at the stage where she is always saying, "Mom I need to hold Nashie." It's funny since he is almost as big as her. Most of the time he gets away but in the morning when he first gets up he thinks its okay

Island Park

We had a fantastic time hanging out, playing games, riding four wheelers, watching football and movies and sewing (at least the girls did) at Adam's family's cabin in Island Park!
Brady had two great days of ice fishing on Henry's Lake.

The ice was only 3 inches thick, so when the snow melted off, you could see right though the ice into the lake when you were in tent where the sunlight wasn't reflecting off of it. Brady of course loved being able to watch the fish take his hook, he caught 46 in two days!

Cassie is Brady's best ice fishing buddy! She is so loyal, she sticks out on the ice with him the entire day!

Ryan tries to avoid the camara, but I still get some pretty good shots!

Brady's second best fishing buddy, she loves it but doesn't have quite the endurance that Cassie does!

Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving at Grandma & Grandpa Allen's house.

Thanks for the wonderful meal, as always the company was great and the food was delicious!

Eating is a tiring job, especially when you have to feed yourself!
