Gotta Love The Fair

This little girl loves the carnival! We took her to the Western Idaho State Fair last year, and she's been patiently waiting all year for it to come again. No exaggeration, she's been asking every month or two for the last year if its time for the fair again. This weekend it finally came back, so of course we had to go!

You always get to see a little of everything at the fair, they even had bass fishing!

"Can you believe it?! I caught a fish!"

This guy was the cutest carnival worker, missing teeth and all, he was just as excited as the kids and he kept saying, "I have the greatest job in the world."

Thanks for coming to the fair with us Grandpa and Grandma Murray!

It's time for a new stroller, I don't think we'll fit three in there.

Brynlee loved the real ponies, she named hers Minty. She would have liked to bring it home, I told her Minty had to stay with her family but we'll visit her again next year.

Nash was excited to pet all the animals,

he even shared his pizza with the goats.

This huge Brazilian cow loved Nash, it kept following him along the fence, smelling his head and slobbering all over him.

It's nose was so slobbery and snotty it was grossing me out, but Nash didn't seem to mind. He was happy to have the attention and to have a cow that would let him pet it.
They are kind of cute together!

Bryn's 1st Post

Yesterday when I had the camara out, Bryn wanted to learn to take pictures. Once she started she just couldn't stop...She took about 50 pictures of Nash and another 30 of her favorite cupcake. When I asked her why she was taking so many, her reply was, "Because its for the blog!" So here are her best ones!

So Good To Be Home

Brynlee really missed her daddy.
When he went to leave for work on Monday morning she was really worried about where he was going and kept saying all day, "Dad's at work and then he's coming home huh?"
Both of the kids love it when dad comes home, I have to admit I get a little jealous. No matter how the day has gone, when Brady gets home they are so excited and happy and in good moods. Next time they're getting cranky, I'm going to sneak out the front door, open the garage door, slam the car door, then walk in through the garage door and say,"I'm home!" Hopefully I'll get the same reaction he does!

My little messy man won't even think about letting me help him eat since we've been back. He used to be good with 50/50, we'd both have a spoon and take turns putting it in his mouth. Now its all or none. If he can't do it all by himself, then its going on the floor. I'm a slow learner and have had to mop the floor multiple times a day this week. Why I still give him the messy foods (cereal in milk, oatmeal, chicken noodle soup, yogurt, banana's etc) he loves, I don't know. This morning I thought it would be nice to not clean the floor so he got a cupcake for breakfast. If anyone has any non-messy food ideas, please e-mail me.

Brynlee is practicing to become a cake decorator like Grandma Beth!
(Gotta love that smile!)

Nash was cracking me up with the lid off a tin...

he thought he was pretty fun, and I definitely was laughing.

Bryn thought she better try it too! =)

Rome to Home

Thanks for the raspberry post! Now I know how much you like seeing new posts of the kids!
Dear Little Darlings (Brynlee & Nash),
Look Mom and Dad found Pinnochio! He says hello. Rome is an amazing place but we can't wait to leave in the morning and get home to you two! We're so excited we probably won't sleep tonight...wait up for us tomorrow! Can't wait to kiss your sweet cheeks! Love you and love you!
Love,
Mom and Dad

Raspberry time at Grandma's..

When you come to grandma's in the summer time you get to put a bucket around your neck and pick raspberries.
Nash likes raspberries.

When you get a bucket full you can freeze them or eat them fresh!!
